Here we go!
Clarum (YC W24) launched this week, and is looking for clients in the financial sector
Anton and Tommy just launched Clarum (YC W24) earlier this week!
Clarum helps private equity firms close more deals; Clarum’s core tech allows firms to upload data files, and subsequently provides answers to hundreds of questions within minutes. I’ve been lucky to have met Anton and Tommy in school, and feeling super excited for their work!
Clarum is looking to help clients in the financial sector; if you know of anyone, please feel free to reach out to Anton Otaner or Tommy He on LinkedIn or email at contact@clarum.ai; I’m also glad to offer a warm intro!
Also! Please feel free to give them an upvote on Launch YC!
Vote for StriveOpp!
Dolapo, a friend of mine, recently signed up for a pitch competition for her organization StriveOpp, and is looking for your support in voting!
StriveOpp empowers students across the globe to access education by connecting students to scholarships, internships and valuable opportunities. In the past year, StriveOpp compiled over 700+ scholarships in their database, and also has AI-powered matching in their pipeline.
Winning the pitch competition from the Black Entrepreneurs & Businesses of Canada Society (BEBC) would significantly increase the impact of StriveOpp’s current work, as the $25k will be used to further empower students across continents by building on its current work.
To vote for StriveOpp, you can vote once per day at this link until March 20th!
As always, if anyone is interested in learning more about StriveOpp, happy to connect you with Dolapo!
Technical Co-Founder Wanted!
Anthony Azrak, a high school friend of mine, recently got accepted in NEXT 36’s ‘24 cohort, and he’s looking for a technical co-founder!
Anthony is building a startup on open-source software monetization, and is planning to build in Toronto this Summer as a NEXT Canada-backed startup. Feel free to reach out to Anthony at anthony.azrak1@gmail.com; I’m also glad to offer a warm intro!
Anthony is also looking to meet with open-source developers over early interviews; if you happen to be in the open-source space, Anthony would love to connect!
Thanks for Reading!
As always, feel free to reach out via email at laurence.liang.writes@proton.me for opportunities, products or events that you’d like to share - glad to do so!
All the best!
